Motivation or Inspiration: Keep yourself wired to a Healthy Lifestyle Every human is born with an innate ability to create a THOUGHT of his or her own discretion. Our mind is the epicenter of thoughts which keep changing with our experiences. We are often motivated by some thing wonderful we listen to and applaud to their actions. Is this motivation sufficient to make a change in our lives? Well, we should realize that when we are motivated it’s a momentary or temporary state of mind. Motivation at times fails to bring out optimum results in our lives. It is because the thought behind the motivation is not ours. It is not our experience. How can we relate to it? What is inspiration? When some incident occurs in our life, it gives birth to a deep thought. We are in search for a solution which would relate to that thought. That particular experience of others which matches to our thought or situation is our Inspiration. Inspiration is felt deep and instantly connects to what we wish to do. It works as an inner force which constantly pushes us towards our target. Inspiration is actually what our mind has been searching for to make sure we do not falter with our thought or actions. Now, how to keep your self inspired to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Note that you can be inspired to adapt to a healthy lifestyle only if you are very eagerly wishing to let it happen in your life. Inspiration has no role if there is no strong desire or trust. Inspiration is like a continuous fuel for our journey to reach to the destination. Is it always necessary that somebody should be our inspiration? Well, not at all. We can ourselves be our own inspiration. But this works well for those with a very strong will power. Such people have a clear vision of where they would find themselves in the future. They can visualize things happening in the right way. This itself is their inspiration. Nothing can go wrong or no obstacle can alter the outcome. For example a woman trying to lose weight will succeed only if she believes its important for her to do it. She should be able to visualize her destination. Inspiration actually brings positivity due to which even nature conspires to make us succeed. Obstacles are only excuse for people who are inspired; such is the power of inspiration. The simple trick to get wired to a healthy lifestyle is to relate your health to the most precious thing in your life and fix your mind to become an inspiration for others. It can be related to your family members, your profession or anything else. If you are healthy , only then would you be efficient enough to take care of your family and only then would you be appreciated and become an inspiration to your family members or others. If you are looking towards 100% performance at work its only possible if you are healthy and fit. Relate your fitness to your other Goals and that is your inspiration. Quite often, we try to deal with fitness goals individually which is the root cause for failure in sustaining it. We need to make it an important integral part of our life as it is the foundation to achieve anything in life.  Being inspiration to others is a beautiful feeling. Take the first step today itself.
